Our guests make handmade pasta from scratch during their Amalfi Coast adventure week.  This pasta is a local favorite. It's not all serious during our cooking classes on the Amalfi Coast- It's fun, fun, fun! This spectacular view can be seen from the top of Capri. Guests can take a chairlift from town to the top of the hill. Cooking and baking local favorite dishes throughout Italy. We make a local fresh pasta that needs to be dried before using it in our pasta fagiole.
